TEAMWORK – The Caucus will be calling on all Democrats in D15 to donate time, money and ideas to help transform our recent election victories at all levels of government into a permanent, sustainable team of mighty Democrats.

INNOVATION – To maintain our majority in D15 and the state we must be innovative and bold.  The status quo isn’t good enough.  The Caucus is where the people take control and influence the course of elections.  We will adopt new technologies – such as this website – and programs which allows the Caucus to be the source of information and communication between the voters and elected officials.

Explore our website, volunteer to help in your neighborhood precinct or at voting stations, donate to help ensure that all elected offices from D15 remain Democratic, come visit with us at Caucus dinners and elected officials’ events.  Find it all on our pages.

Thank You,

Chairperson -   Daphne Bloomberg
Vice Chair   -    Jeffrey Ross Williams

A NEW District 15 Democratic Caucus is here.

The District 15 Caucus is the official organization that supports all Democratic elected officials that represent D15 in federal, state, and county offices, assists Democratic Party candidates in having their official campaign literature at every voting location in the District, organizes and manages the precinct voting system in the District by recruiting and training volunteers to hold the positions of Chair and Vice Chair in their precincts, and hosts public events for elected officials to discuss legislative and policy issues.

With our new website you can expect from us:

COMMITMENT -  From better communication to better outreach, we are committed to giving you what you need to feel more involved in the political process, more informed about the candidates and elected officials, and more invested in our community and neighborhoods.

OPPORTUNITY -  As Democrats we must be the party welcoming all ideas and views including those disenfranchised and disillusioned Republicans and Independents.  D15 is very diverse economically, culturally and socially, consisting of Potomac, North Potomac, Poolesville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Boyds, and other communities.  Together we have helped create the most successful and influential delegation to the Maryland General Assembly in history.
